| Covers and Protection | Cover access, fasteners, sealing details and ventilation openings reviewed against the application requirements. |
| Surface Finish | Powder coating or anodizing selected for the specified material, color and appearance requirements. |
Internal layout: Include cell or pack dimensions, support positions, BMS mounting points and cable clearance.
External interfaces: Mark connector locations, display cutouts, installation holes and critical dimensions that must align with surrounding equipment.
Supply requirements: Specify the housing body, covers, brackets and hardware included in the order, together with quantity, finish and inspection requirements.
Send your 2D drawing or 3D model, battery layout, aluminum grade, thickness, quantity, finish and target delivery date. Our team can review the mechanical structure and prepare a quotation based on the agreed fabrication scope.
